Running one campaign can mean keeping the list in a spreadsheet, sending email from one tool, and managing LinkedIn in another. I still need a place to track who replied and what should happen next. Before writing the next message, I need to know what this person has already received.
That is the work I want to spend less time doing. I want to see the person, the messages, and the next step without putting the campaign back together myself.
I started with the lists.
From 2021 to 2023, I worked with data. I cleaned, normalized, and validated large datasets in SQL and spreadsheets, then built recurring reports from them. Before a report could be useful, I had to make sure the records behind it were right.
Most outreach problems I see are list problems. Writing a message comes later. First, I need to know which companies belong on the list, who I should contact, and whether the information I have is usable.
In summer 2023, I built a LinkedIn outbound sequencer. The path was straightforward: send a connection request, wait, then follow up. Every message was drafted, approved by a person, and sent on a schedule. The sequence logic was the easy part. Rate limits, retries, and audit logs were the work around it. I had to account for what happened between one step and the next.
Why I’m building Beel.
Since 2024, I have worked on go-to-market software and run outbound for B2B companies. I build account and lead lists, run LinkedIn connection-request and DM campaigns, send cold email, and sync results to the CRM. A campaign can mean several tools, several bills, and copy-paste between them.
The person receiving an email, a LinkedIn request, and maybe a text sees messages from the same sender. They have no reason to care which tool sent each one. I want to plan those messages together.
I’m thinking about the founder doing their own outbound, who also has a product to build and people to speak to. That is who I want to build for.
Beel is the multichannel outreach sequencer I’m building for that person. I want one sequence you can read like a map, with every planned channel in the same place. That includes email, LinkedIn connection requests and DMs, SMS, WhatsApp, and the other channels listed on this site. My aim is to price it for one person doing their own outbound. I have not announced pricing.
Where it stands.
Beel is prelaunch. Nothing sends yet. The homepage builder is a planning demo. The channels are planned, and the launch lineup is unconfirmed.
